Privacy Policy

Who we are

Bridge AAC is operated by ALLY APP SOLUTIONS. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use the Bridge AAC tablet app, public Task Library, Therapist Partner Portal, and related websites — and what we do not do with that information.

Account & authentication data (Supabase)

When you create or sign in to an account, we use Supabase Auth to store credentials and session information such as email address, encrypted password (hashed by the auth provider — we never see your raw password), and optional display name or role you provide at sign-up.

We use this data only to identify your organization, keep you signed in securely, sync cloud backups when you choose to, and process subscriptions through Stripe. We do not use auth data for advertising profiles.

Parent / child clinical routine storage

Bridge AAC is offline-first. Talk boards, visual schedules, skill routines, student nicknames, and related clinical content primarily live on your device (IndexedDB). When cloud sync or export/import is enabled, copies of those routines and media references may be stored in our Supabase project under your organization so you can restore a tablet or share a template via an export code.

We treat this material as sensitive support content for autistic communicators and their caregivers. Access is limited by organization membership and role-based controls. Classroom tablets may operate without a signed-in user for selected public import flows; those flows only pull published templates, not private family boards.

Billing & referrals

Payment card details are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Subscription status and related billing timestamps may be stored on your profile so the app can enforce the free trial and paid access. Therapist Partner referral codes and DuitNow payout details you enter are stored so we can attribute referrals and pay commissions.

We do not sell personal data

ALLY APP SOLUTIONS does not sell personal data — not caregiver emails, not child profile names, not clinical routines, and not referral records — to data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties. We share data only with infrastructure processors needed to run the product (for example Supabase hosting and Stripe payments), under contracts that limit use to providing those services.

Cookies & local device storage

We may set a short-lived referral cookie (ref_code) when you arrive via a therapist link, and a session cookie so signed-in admin tools can verify your role. The tablet app also uses localStorage for display preferences, caregiver PIN settings, and sentence-bar state. These stay on your device unless you clear site data.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of account data associated with your email by contacting ALLY APP SOLUTIONS through the channels published on our website. Deleting an account removes cloud profile and backup rows we control; content remaining only on a local tablet must be cleared on that device.
