Agreement

By using Bridge AAC (the tablet progressive web app, public Task Library, billing flows, and Therapist Partner Portal), you agree to these Terms with ALLY APP SOLUTIONS. If you use the product on behalf of a therapy center or school, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscription billing

Eligible accounts may start with a 90-day free trial. After the trial, the standard home subscription is RM 15 per month, or RM 150 per year where an annual plan is offered. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit unless a checkout page states otherwise. Taxes or payment-provider fees may apply as shown at purchase.

Billing is processed by Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Trial conversion and renewal timing follow the dates shown in your billing profile and Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the in-app billing portal or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the paid period already charged. Fees already collected for the current period are generally non-refundable except where Malaysian consumer law requires otherwise or ALLY APP SOLUTIONS agrees in writing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or create security risk. Local tablet data remains on the device until you clear it.

Therapist reseller terms

Therapists and approved partners who join the Therapist Partner Program receive a unique referral code. When a referred family completes checkout attributed to that code and remains an active paid (or otherwise qualifying active) subscriber, the partner earns a recurring commission of RM 3 per month per active referral.

Payouts are requested through the Therapist Portal and paid via DuitNow to the banking details you register. A minimum payout threshold of RM 50 applies unless we publish a different threshold. Self-referrals are void. ALLY APP SOLUTIONS may withhold or claw back commissions tied to fraud, chargebacks, or cancelled subscriptions, and may change program rates with reasonable notice for future referrals.

Acceptable use

You may use Bridge AAC to support communication and executive functioning for the individuals in your care. You must not reverse engineer the service for competing products, scrape the Task Library at abusive volume, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access another organization's tenant data.

Intellectual property

Bridge AAC — including software, branding, documentation, master ADL templates we publish, and related materials — is the intellectual property of ALLY APP SOLUTIONS. All rights are reserved. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your organization or household. Content you create (custom boards, photos, labels) remains yours; you grant us a license to host and sync it as needed to provide the service.

Copyright notices, MyIPO filings, and product marks associated with Bridge AAC are owned by ALLY APP SOLUTIONS unless a third-party symbol pack (for example licensed AAC symbols) states otherwise.
